Passenger Window Stiff/stuck

My passenger window, which is a manual operation, has been stiff for many years. Its now basically unusable as you need so much force to move it the handle feels like its going to break.

 

Does this sound as if i need to replace the inners or soes it sound like a job that i can have a fiddle with to get working again?

Get some WD 40 on the runners first, might be lack of use have caused them to rust up, Failing that remove (Pain) and clean/grease up again.

PS, Window's are a pain to remove like anything to do with doors
