How much power do you think I can get out of an xsi head befor I have to change the vavles and cam????

In either case, peugeot used some pretty big valves, rare you will make a better all round performing engine by going larger it seems.

 

Unless you boost it, then the cam would be one of the first parts to change, get more air in there so you can feed it more fuel for a bigger bang.

I've seen plenty of people saying they are very much the same as the Mi16 head port wise
