I still have language problems with service box.

 

It changes to English at the top and bottom heading, yet the centre part where part sections is, are in French. Contacted service box and a few months on, no resolutions and they take their time to reply too.

 

Last time i went on it, it was all in English, then a few weeks later on it changed by itself.

 

Ive tried many different ways to change it all to English but nothing works.

 

Ive managed to find the part with the help from the Derby parts section, but would still be good and easier to browse service box when needed.

Its ok guys, ive managed to figure it out.

 

If anyone else has the same problem, you need to sign in, sign out then change to English on the home main page even if the tab says English. Then sign in again and all is fine.

 

Not sure why we need too though with all the NFP parts, which means people like the members on here can and has remade many of these parts.

You are choosing English prior to logging in, right? At the bottom of the page.

Yes bottom left of the main log in page, although when logging in, the tab already has English on it. Mine automatically logs me in so i logged out, re-clicked English then signed in and it worked.

 

Even though they updated it its still a bit of a minefield website.
