Will 206 Shocks Fit A 205?

Just wondering if it might be worth grabing these for the 205 as they are cheap!

Anyone care to shed any light on if they fit? the only thing i can find online at the moment is a comment on the 306 gti-6 site (http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=136087)

I *think* the droplink mounts are different

as above, I can't remember what angle the droplink tabs sit at, but otherwise they will fit fine.

 

as they are an inverted insert type you can easily rectify that with welder+grinder without any adverse affects to the damper unit as you can remove it very easily, they look to have a Bilstein sticker so worth grabbing at that price.
