Very Loud Noise When Reversing!

I tried to search but as I didn't know how to describe it I was unsuccessful. Basically When reversing after braking it makes a very loud noise so I think it is to do with the calipers but I wanted to ask if this is common or not?

 

Any help would be great

1.6 calipers, they're worn.

One was replaced for the MOT in February? When I get the wheel off do I need to look out for anything?
