Fabricating A Dash? - Anyone In The South West?

I am considering doing away with my current dashboard and playing with the idea of having one made up. I am looking fr that track day style - can you buy them off the shelf or is there anyone that makes them?

Can you not cut up yours to the desired shape ie in Half then use that as a template for laying fibre glass over..?

 

I've personally never tried it but in theory it seems pretty simple.

Good luck - it's very fulfilling/gratifying when you make something yourself, I must admit. And if you get real stuck, I've still got the mould

Thank you for the advise and flocking it was something I had in mind. Going to start with some drawings and see where I go!
