Part no. form peugeot is

 

223003 and 223004 but it can't be bought new.

 

It's part that links gearbox and transferbox...

Don't know the correct expression in english.

Can sombody tell me the purpose of this part here?

there is 2 bolts sticking up from it and there was nothing mounted on them? Or have i forgotten/lost something?
