Another kestion.. is the throttle body on a phase 1 mi16 and a phase 2 mi16 the same ?

No. The ph1 1.9 throttle body is larger.

1.9 has 2 smaller butterflies, 2.0 has one large butterfly.

As said, I;ve always thought that the 2l ones have a rather small one compared to anything else, About the same size as the 8v one.
