Help Needed

i have a slight problem with the 4bie in that she's started to rattle again, by this i mean under acceleration the gear stick wobbles ( to the point the bush has now gone completely)

the only thing i can find that's gone is a lower bush that goes from the subframe via a metal extension to the gearbox/transfer box. it should be a bush that bolts to the extension bar and then bolts onto the box.

i only have what's left of the old one which isn't a lot but pug dealers have no idea what it would be and list nothing for it.....

oh and the exhaust has started to blow at the join from the downpipe onto the system and this is getting fixed tommorrow....

anyone have an exhaust system for a 4bie they want to get rid of please let me know.

help please.

i take it then that no one has any ideas as to what would cause the gear lever to shake under acceleration??

does anyone know what bush i was on about that goes from the subframe to gear casing on a 4bie??

Normally it's a worn lower mount that causes the gearstick to shake. My mate's 205 TD does it.
