Rear Window Demister

my rear window demister isnt working since i bought the car. and i have tested the demister itself for continuity and its ok. the electrical plugs at the window are connected. Can anyone tell me where the wiring runs from the back to the front is located for access?...as i want to check to see if there is a loom plug undone somewhere...btw the fuse is ok as my heated side mirrors work and they are on the same curcuit....cheers

The following is ONLY if i remember correctly, wich im pretty sure I do;

 

The +V supply ends up into the wiring to the left rear-lamp, behind the right luggagecompartment-cover, somewhere around the wiring to the sentral-lokcing unit for the fuel-tank-filler. On the left side, the demister is connected to its own earthing-point in aprox. the same area as the right side. I think you should see if you remove both side covers.
