Quick-shift

Does anyone make a quickshift linkage for the 405? I've found loads for 205/309's but not for 405's

yes they do i have one on mine think it was a company called griffith engineering paid about £20 for it but in all honesty it aint that good i found it fouled on the gearbox making for not so quick changes

Should be namned "short-shift" not "quick",

 

But, if you would like to make the shiftstick longer then i think it´s a good idea to invest in one.

Do what I did and fit a Group N rear engine mount. That makes the gear change easier, slicker and more precise.
