Gti 6 Custom Inlet Manifold

Been thinking and have a google and see that pug1off yellow 205 turbo had a fancy inlet where the throttle body sat on the opposite side to standard position which means less boost pipe is there anyone who makes them or has a custom one laying around Or could I design a square box on 4 pipes if you guys see what I'm saying and match the throttle body up
