Probably not much over brand new ones, some say they are better but i didnt really notice....

I had solid ones as my rubbery ones were fooked.....

I think it helps the rear be more predictable but I cannot say I really noticed anything as such.

I found they gave me a lot more confidence in the cars handling I therefore would recommend them. :)

it does improve confidence. It's a bit like having your bum glued to the seat/car. However, and I've posted this many times before, if they don't have crush as shown tubes it's a waste of time.

why would it be a waste of time? any that I've ever seen other than yours have just clamped the very hard nylon.

The crush tube spreads the load over the length of the bush better than a poorly fitting bolt. Your choice of course,

GrpA 'Front' beam mounts are a good upgrade, the rear however, the alloy sandwich plates are stuipidly noisy, so much so, i took them off! My car is very noisy, already, and only used on trackdays, or a sunday blast, but my god those alloy rear mounts are something else!!

I've got all solid GrpA mounts with a stripped out interior on my daily and can't say I notice the noise. But maybe i'm just used to it now.
