Well theres some excellent quality time/work/expense unspared on that beautiful car but why the flaming hell would you want to modify not only a q reg but a left hand drive? Surely there are plenty right handers still about in the uk no? Is it because thats a 4 wheel drive?

Seems like a good reason to use a lhd and a q. Saves ripping apart a tidy rhd car and I'm guessing all the originals were lhd anyway?

 

Had a similar car in for suspension setup a while back. Not as nice though!

Was wondering about that car a couple of weeks ago, and whether he'd finished it or not. It had not long been painted last I remember reading the thread. Fair play, it looks fantastic!

yeah the originals were all lhd, the way to tell a genuine one is to look at the rake of the windscreen as the originals have a steeper screen taken from the audi 80 to reduce glare from the dashboard
