It is becoming an increasingly rare sight to see another GTI on the roads so I always keep an eye out.

 

On Saturday spotted what looked like a white 205 GTI 1.9 (well it had 1900 wheels on anyway) in a layby near a burger van just outside Bromsgrove on the way towards Kidderminster. The only other thing I noticed was that it was on a Northern Irish style plate, HDZ1234 type although the letters were not HDZ.

 

Anyone know it?
