Where Does This Light Fit Into?

Hi , this light (bulb) , right next to the dimmer, was loose and seemed not connected to anything , where does it connect to?

Cigarette lighter IIRC. Mine is loose in the ash tray area as I am unsure how it clips in.

mmm i see and it's connected to the dimmer so it controls it's light too, possible. thanks .
