The Rich W lightened flywheels (from 306gti6 forum) are very good but quite pricey compared to a few quid for a 2nd hand standard item. Clutch wise as long as the engine is standard a good OE valeo or similar is more than enough.

Its usually a push type 1.9 MI16 (BX 16v) clutch that is used

try TTV racing, will make one to suit your needs and quoted me a lot less than that for a ford xflow flywheel and that was for race spec too.

never used them but heard very good things about their work

TTV make the flywheels for Lynx Power engineering, as sold by Rich Walker, so I doubt you will get them much cheaper.

cut out the middle man and buy straight from ttv will save some pennies, from memory I was quoted around £200, that was about a year ago

they certainly used to, like I said I had a quote for a race-spec fly for use on my mk1 fiesta and they never mentioned going through a 3rd party.

theres more in it for them selling direct.

They don't do the mi16/gti6 one direct, you have to go through lynx for that one in particular.

moist others you can order direct however.
