Changing Valve Guides

Has anyoneone changed there own vave guides?

Is it as easy as pressing them out and pressing new ones in.

I have a press and I could get a tool machined up to push them in, but is there more to it?

Like do I need to fit new vavle seats and machine them to the guide?
