Tom Fenton 1,536 Posted June 22, 2012 If you renmove the fan from the car (3 screws) you will see 2 wires that go to the main fan motor on spade terminals. If you connect 12v/earth directly you will soon see if the fan is working right or not. You can do it with it in situ, but its much easier to undo the 3 screws and drop it out, rather than standing on your head in the passenger footwell waving wires about.
