Do these spacer's fit inside the subframe, between the bolt head and nut ?

The tubes, about 2-3cms long? Yep. :)

Thanks cRaig, all fitted now.

 

Fitting the new TRE's seems to be going wrong with one side off centre. I think the new steering rack isn't centralised properly, ill give it another try.
