Still A None Starter

Hi,

 

With a 1.9 with motronic ECU which of the following if not working corrctly would prevent the ecu from fireing/earthing the injectors. SAD, injector temp sender, lambda sensor, tachometric relay any others i may have missed?

 

Starter motor turns, plugs spark, fuel to the injectors but still they will not operate?

 

Going mad!!

Motronic car's do not have a Tacho relay, the main cause of that is the TDC sensor on the box
