Still Working On Wheel Bearing

Hi I am having the game on with this bearing, we had to heat the carrier with oxy to remove the main bearing.

I now have the new bearing fitted and when I was trying the hub into the bearing it jammed, when I pulled it out and the main bearing race came apart, I could see the ball bearings, I managed to push it back together will this be ok?
