Left Over Wires

Hi all,

 

I have been converting my 205td into a HDI and have various wires and plugs left over which are no longer needed.

What would be the correct way to tidy them up? I am thinking of removing the fuses for them and stripping the wires out the loom. Would this be the best way of doing it?
