Recommended Posts

ozy

Hi, first of all the hub nut is off and what a job. now having problems with the screw (one was broken) holding the disc on. It is solid stripped all my allan keys tried to drill it out ruined all my drills, will I need a special type of drill?

Once again thank you for your help.

Just get a decent sharp 8mm bit and take it slow, once the head comes off the rest should wind out with a pair of grips.

or if you're in a rush and want to employ a ruffian method, and you're replacing the disc, just whack the disc from behind and snap the head off.
