2Lt Turbo Xantia Conversion

hi people looking for advice iv fitted a xantia 2lt turbo engine into my 205 iv had the ecu decoded and the car is at a auto elecs having the wiring modified ie the xantia loom modified to go to 205 wiring but the bloke cant get the car to start as the crank sensor aint pulsing??? the crank sensor is a xantia sensor the flywheel is of off a 306 gti6 is that right set up ????? any help will be much appreciated cheers
