Steering

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am new to the forum so I hope this question is in the right place.

A few weeks back I bought a 205 sceptre many of you may have seen it advertised, it is a great little car, and is just what I need. It needs one or two little jobs not much.

One thing is the steering seems quite heavy at low speed (turning out the drive etc). is this normal?

or does the steering have any lubrication points I should look for.

Look forward to hearing from anyone.

Thank you.

ozy

The car is m reg. 1994

Hi Allye, thank you for the reply. The car is fitted with 165 70 13 wheels. maybe it is jsut me not being used to none power steering.

I just thought there may have been some lubrication needed somewhere.

Alll the bst.

If you have not had a non power steering car befor it wll take a little while to get use to it, The steering should feel lighter as the speed increases !
