205 Coilovers On A 309?

Hi all, am I right in thinking front and rear coilovers from a 205, will be a straight fit on a 309 GLD?

 

If not, are they modable?

Well, rear shocks.

Do rear shocks transfer between 205 and 309, or am I just being stupid?

They are identical fitment on both cars. I've had both and used the same suspension.
