I can't find the siren!!

It's driving me nuts, I have half the car arat but it keeps going off!.

The fob is not doing anyting other than open and close the doors.

I didn;t even know it had an alarm untill today!

anyone know where the siren is so I can rip it out???

Can't remember where the siren is off the top of my head, thinking in a rear arch area, has the battery gone flat at all, if so a good long charge will help charge the siren back up batteries.

Found it. Was in the drivers side rear quarter. a rear ba**ard to get to. I Had to remove the rear seats, seatbelt mountings, most of the boot and the speaker just to get the trim off to get at the siren.

I took the battery out of the siren and put it all back together, I guess I'll find out if it gose off again without the backup battery in the middle of the night.

I was supprised that the central locking still works though.
