306 Cab Window Regulator

i have tried everywhere to find out info on how the 306 cab electric windows work as apparently i need a new regulator? i can find barely anything relating to the cab only std 306 ones which are completely different as far as i can see?

 

the motor is fine but only moves an inch or so in either direction.

 

so for anyone in the know: what does the regulator look like?

 

all i can see is there is a long cable spoit into three sections on two rails going round some pulleys both being secured at the end one a larger pullet which attaches to the motor.

 

these are silly money new and even second hand im being quoted £85 but that is for the complete unit (cables motor rails etc.)

 

puzzled aint the word heeeeellllpppp
