People who Rat Look modern cars are, in my opinion, morons You can harp on about what a boring world it would be if we all did the same stuff, but it doesn't change my opinion one bit. I even prefer Max Powered 205s to Rat Looked 205s.

i am gonna be completely blunt and up front and say that any 205 that has been modified in a way that does NOT enhance its classic design and shape will never appeal to me and aside from the pick up all those pictured here fall in to that category!!!

 

i also see no point in the rat look as all the time and effort ( not to mention money! ) it took to make something once beautiful look so s*itTY could have been used to restore and enhance the car instead of being wasted and ruining what could have been a nice car!

 

i will never appologise for my above comment and of course it is just my honest point of view ( i am well aware of the phrase "each to their own" though ) so if anyone chooses to go down the rat look route thats fine as its their time effort and money thats being wasted and not mine but those people should expect comments like my own as i am sure i wont be the only one with this opinion!

Probably that the skint owner cant afford two of the same broken lights as what the whole rat thing is about i should imagine. I kept my old dented to hell bonnet to work on and have done a lot of rubbing down and spray painting on it in the garden over time and occasionally have swapped it back over, usually when going places where ignorant tw@ts refuse to hear the words DONT SIT ON MY F****** bonnet. It completely puts people off sitting on it and it looks like an optical illusion since the rest of the car is mint since i sprayed it, kind of like the green one on the 4th picture

Yeah i know its a clio but i was referring to the state of the paint on its bonnet to the rest of the good paint, your really wouldnt wanna sit on that now would you lol

Im loving the 205 pick up

I love the light blue 4 door with extended arches to fit the wheels and eye brows that are not too in your face.

 

Rat look is fine done well, i'm just not keen on the rusty rat look, i have rust OCD almost...

After seeing a 205 pick up on ebay a few years ago I have always wanted one. Now I want one more! Will have to build one now it looks awesome.
