Best Way To Sound Deaden A Door On A Gti/cti

Hi Guys,

 

I have just purchased a good set if front conponents for my cti and want to look at sound deadening the front doors now, what have you guys done for this? I don't want to spend loads on dynamat, but would like to do something.

 

Any pictures that you guys have, that you wouldn't mind sharing would also be great!
