My old one was through footman james who did a cracking policy for about £250 fully comp including breakdwon cover.

Hi m attt, we've tried a meet or 3 around Plymouth. I used to drive a L Plate Cherry Red, someone killed it from behind (sneeky barsteward) and now have a l Plate Miami Blue) Perhaps we ought to try again?

Need2insure, they gave me a quote of 8k agreed value for £327 year 3 k miles, although my car is mostly brand newish. That also inc one claim.

Just got a quote from HIC for £720!

 

This is a bit of a shock to be honest. Only just getting the car on the road as it has previously been a track car.

 

I'm 26, 7 yrs NCB but I suppose the car is pretty modified. Tried Need2 Insure who are getting back to me......

Brentacre are worth a look. They guy I spoke to actually knew what I was talking about when I told him about the mi16 swap and knew all the right questions to ask - "Is that the 1.9 or the 2.0?", "Is it from a 405 or a BX?" etc.
