Metal miki

Right as I said in another post my car ain't starting and is currently with an auto spark.

Before I took it to him I spotted a random cable hanging down the back of the engine, anyone know what this one is for? It comes from down the back of the block somewhere and I have no idea as I usually work on jap and a series engines lol

Anthony

Commonly asked question.

It's not connected to anything normally, and is only used by a Peugeot specific diagnostic machine.

It can be safely ignored and is nothing to do with your issue.

Cheers dude, I like to keep a tidy bay so random cables lying about annoy me lol.

Used to keep the bay of my Scooby and my coupe polished I'm that bad lol. The mini however was pointless :( the A series engines have that many leaks it's impossible to stop them all. Plug one and 3 more start lol

Yes shouldn't see why not. you'd be hard pushed to find anyone who has the diagnostics kit anyway these days
