I Want To Copy This Valance Anyone Recognise The Car

As per title I want to copy the front valance but cant really see/work out where its been cut anyone know the car or have any better pics of it.

just looks like he has removed the center black grill bit and replaced it with mesh

This has also been done by some belgian CTi (the red one rolling on BBS style polished rims) if i remember correctly he just cut out the middle part of the lower grille and used some kind of resin to fill up the voids to one flat surface to fit the mesh to...

 

Can't be too hard to do yourself, but i'm pretty sure this is not an 'of the shelf' item...

I dont like the grill but think the valance looks good, would never do it to my own though, would be a good to try if you had a spare valance though.
