MiniGibbo 142 Posted April 1, 2012 More curiosity than anything else.. How involving job is this..? Ie soldering, cutting or just plug and play.. Reason I ask is for those that don't know I bought some xs dials for my Rallye and it turns out the plugs differ on them.. If I was to get a xs loom would it be plug and play..? Bearing in mind my dash is currently out. TIA
BERTMAN 40 1 Cars Posted April 2, 2012 You can replace just the dash loom with an XS loom. And it will be plug and play. It does mean removing half of the dash though
MiniGibbo 142 Posted April 2, 2012 (edited) I should be sorted now with an XS loom, 205drivers comes to the rescue again.! Yeah "luckily" my car currently has no dash at all. It does however have some "added" wiring, i think a previous owner added what looks like an manual imobaliser on a switch? and cut into the loom to change the fuel tankl to injection.
