Hi i'm planning on fitting a T25 or TD04 turbo to the 205 Dturbo but am slightly worried about the space as i've heard the 306 boys have to smack back the bulkhead to fit it

What do the 1.9 GTI turbos have fitted and is it in the same place as a xud would be?

deponds on the manifold or adaptot plate you make to where it sits, it can fit no problem on the 2.0 8v turbo but the manifold is very short

TD04 definitely doesn't fit without bulkhead mods! Ryan tried it.

 

There's more room at the back of the engine in a 205 than a 306, as we found out changing turbos on both.

got a td04 on mine without hammer time 1.9 though...

crap picture, but wanted to avoid the "pics or it didnt happen" scenario lol

TD04HL-16T to be precise, came from a volvo c70 coupe

Do the PERV's have the same engine position as the DERV's?
