but that's nothing to do with the beam rebuild :unsure:

 

I guess there's the bushes to the body, but that's still not "beam rebuild" :lol: full suspension rebuild maybe...

bushes, mounts, d/e studs, half nuts, washers, plastic plug etc

 

it's the smaller stuff that mounts up

 

and the bushes on each arb end plate are over £5 each

Some don't. I understand that. But I prefer to fit new ;)

 

OT the pe2s are 0505 and 0405

I replaced the bushes aswell because I had the beam tube powder coated.

One arm shaft was pitted aswell, so in all including the coating its cost me about £400

Saying that I had a load of other bits coated for the £100 mixed in with that.

 

I ended up getting the metal ring seal retainers from the dealer.

I wonder why Dean Hunter couldn't get them?

I knocked my shafts out with an old long socket and a sledge hammer instead of using a press
