On my search for some clips to refit my plastics i stumbled upon these!

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10x-Universal-Anti-Rattle-Rubber-Washers-Vehicle-and-Car-Interior-Trim-Clips-/290609641913?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item43a9af39b9

Wounded if anyone has had any experience with them! and put them out there for other members to see, certainly gunna give it a try myself.

im guessing they wouldnt make much of a diffrents on the door cards, but im guessing they may help the rear plastics abit, none of my door cards rattle but i think the rear do very slightly.

I seen that bit, it was also stated in the main image

I wonder if the clips they sell will fit the arches too!

Can't comment on the rubber washers, but for panel damping you could use many similar things. Corn plasters for example (as long as their thickness isn't an issue in getting the panel to sit flush)

I bought a couple of packs of cheap sponges from a pound shop and put bits of sponge behind anything that rattled.
