Dizzy And Fitting Fitting To A 1.9 Mi16

i may just be being stupid here but, I have a dizzy with no wiring to go to the ignition amp, would I be correct in assuming that as I have an mi flywheel and sensor I could use the flywheel sensor and plug that into my existing loom and use this? I've looked at the plugs and they will are the same, has anyone tried this?

your trying to run a Mi on 205 gti loom and a dizzy, is that correct? From what i understand its a bit of a bodge, prob easyer to fit the whole 405 engine loom/management.
