How To Remove The Heater?

hi,

im stripping my Gti and got stock on the heater. i can't remove it in order to replace it.

are there any hidden screws? anything?

There's only three holding it in place...

 

The two on the top that you can see, and one underneath in the middle.

 

Have a look at this recent thread which has downloads showing where all the screws and bolts are at the bottom
