Gearbox Types

Hi,

 

I´m facing a problem here. I need to know what types of gearboxes do different peugeots have. I need LSD´s for a 205 and 406 I own. I´d guess all the GTI´s have the same type of gearbox, but what about my 406 2.0 turbo. Does anyone own the knowledge about this matter? Like BE3 and so on...

if its in a 205 youll typically use the be range, all lsd's for a be will fit any be 1/3/4 box.

 

406 iirc used the ml5 gearbox only, 605's used the older me box.

 

likely to need a custom diff for the ml, though iirc quaife did list one for a boxer van!
