Or perhaps trying to make a quick buck.

Though there can be a number of reasons really.

But did it actually sell on ebay in the first place??Curious that the person selling this time is using pretty much the same text as the original ebayer??Hmmm, something doesn't quite add up??

Begs the question if you went to all that trouble(and expense) to rectify the misfire would you then not keep the car for a while at least????

what he has listed is my old and exact description that he has used(basically copied)

i am not aware of any head work that has been done

ok i just read the description, he has had the head done on the vehicle, was not aware of misfire as it ran fine but i guess i can't know everything

Why would you be aware of any head work???? He did it, after you sold it, not you.

This thread gets my vote for Numpty of the Week :D

Now I'm a cynic and often sometimes wrong, but was the car was sold with a known fault, but lack of garage mooted as a reason to sell, then amazingly find another garage to kep it in and get another miami in better condition within days. Lucky x 3 or what. Why did you not ask to buy it back if you sorted a garage with all the work you did? Is the new owner peeved thinking he has been done up like a kipper and wants out?

Common sense - it's not commonplace.

Now i'm no mechanical guru but would a misfire (the reason given by the current owner for needing headwork) not be pretty obvious????

P.S great that you have found a garage in which to store your new 205!!

Looking at the pics of your new 205 erb, looks nice  A turn up for the books finding somewhere to store it. It must have come as a great surprise to come up your drive one day and find a garage at the end of it
