S16 / Gti-6 Breathers

Sorry to post up again on breathers but I just want to be 100% before I order a few pipes. I'm trying to find out where the two breather hoses from the top of the filler cap go on an S16 (below from number 1 to 2&3).

 

The bottom two big hoses obviously go to the two pipes on the block at the bottom. The cam cover pipes straight down to the pipe near the flywheel but I can't tell from pictures of peoples cars or the following diagram where the two top hoses go?

 

I'm guessing one is to the TB, but If I'm going to be running throttle bodies, should I just put air filters on them both and let them vent?

1&3 end up in the inletpipe between filter and TB

2 goes straight to the TB

Fantastic! That picture is perfect. So on the standard engine they'd both just be pulling negative pressure releasing some of the crankcase pressure. With ITB's they'll just have to vent to atmosphere via filters I suppose.
