Dummy Shock Length

Recommended Posts

deryck3

Hi, I just wondered if anybody could help me, Im just on with finishing rebuilding my beam, and I've got 21mm tb's and 23mm arb to fit, I was wondering what length I should set the dummy shock to id like it to sit as near to level as possible to the front which will have the peter loyd rallying tarmac springs which are -1 inch and 180lb.

Thanx for any help

Somewhere around 298mm should be a good starting point, assuming they really are 1" lower than standard.

It is always a bit of a trial and see. I would try around 305mm and see how it sits.
