What Colour Would You Paint It....?

I'm getting a few bits an pieces over the next few weeks to be replacement parts and have been thinking about getting them hot blasted and painted or powder coated, having read through a few threads about the opinions on choices I'd like to point out this is not another one of them threads!!

 

My question is, what colour would you paint the parts if it were you... I've got hubs, calipers, engine parts and others that I'm putting into a '90 Miami...

I have a blue hose kit, so the obvious choice is blue, but am thinking I want it to be quite larey, so perhaps a bright yellow (changing to black hoses for anything other than blue) or something like that... Am also tempted just to go black and keep it simple, but as many of my friends have pointed out, keeping it simple has never been my way lol

Things like hubs and calipers will be a massive PITA to keep clean, thats why I painted mine black. Cam covers and the like stay a lot cleaner so go crazy!

 

Genrally I like to keep things looking fairly OE, just simple silvers and black parts.

Yea I see what you're saying about the calipers and hubs, just one of them things I'm gonna do to try and keep it all tidier to the eye I guess... Black is the way I was thinking for the hubs, but I thought I'd try something proper larey on the calipers... Am going to see what colours I can find in high temp cans and see what I can do with the calipers. Was thinking of having them as a black base and having something bright to use as a flash colour on them, but not sure what colour to use.....???

I like a nice gun metal grey on parts like calipers. Would look nice with the miami colour. Bright calipers can look a little cheesy IMHO
