Ph1 And Ph2 Bumper Differences?

I was just wondering if there is any difference between phase 1 and phase 2 bumpers? I have a decent set of phase 1 bumpers, and want to fit them onto my phase 2.

 

I plan to darken the bumpers too, so colour difference doesn't matter.
