How Do You Wire Up Diagnostic Light On Clocks?

I've tried to get my diagnostic light to work on my dash but cannot find the wire. I've swapped a good known working bulb into the diag light hole in clocks and I'm earthing out the pins/terminals on the looms/plugs to get it to work to no avail.

 

Any tips?

is it in the same position as the choke warning light? that's wire 75 position O in the cluster, can't see which plug it would be in though.
