Front Driving Lights

anyone know where the switch for the fron driving lights should be, below and to the right of the steering wheel there is space that looks like a switch could go there i wonder if thats it

That's the blanking plate for where the choke used to be on carb models afaik. The front spot lights come on with main beam.

Unless its got a Fog light conversion, in which case there is a new switch panel and extra button next to the hazards/rear demist/rear fog buttons (like my car has got)
