Looking For My Old 205,please Take 2 Mins To Read.thanks

Hey am Joe from Edinburgh,am joining the site on a search for my old red 205gti,I know its still about and hopefully someone here can help. Its a red 205 gti that was once used in some shows with eccosse many years ago,it had a 1.9 engine and twin 45's carbs(think they were) when i owned it but now runs a mi16.It also has a nice bodykit(cant remember name) wasnt ott and looked nice,also something that made the 205 stand out was the rear lights,the standered lights were replaced with the round lorry lights and also had another two on the boot next to each rear light.Any help finding this would be appreciated.Cheers

no mate sorry,never seen another 205 with the rear lights coversion.the guy i sold it to owned it for years,he said he sold it last year then said he later seen it on ebay

good thinking.diane knows the car well,turns out it was a pug sport club car and attended some shows with eccosse.shes gonna try help with some pictures,ill update the thread soon.thanks mate

not really,the owner could have been on the forum and read it.if anyone had seen the car my post would have clicked like it did on other pug forum and with dianne at eccosse.

ahhh fair enough,only knew this 205 to have the round lights replace original ones and also on boot,had them for13+ years

Pretty sure that this is the same one that's been doing the rounds on ebay for a while (I doubt there's more than 1 that looks like that anyway!)

I remember this car way back when the rear lights were done ('93/'94).

 

Interior was re-trimed in leather.

 

Couple who had it also had a 405 Mi16 which had 17's on....Woooo now, but unheard of back then
