How To Paint Light-Alloy Wheels?

Hi, i'm thinking of painting the wheels on my XS black.

I'd like to know if you guys know how to , or can point me to a guide so I don't mess up

The wheels I have are the peugeot 206 wheels, the light alloy ones, size 14".
